Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from CineHaus at cinehausprojectors.com.

Products. We sell home cinema projectors and kits. Specs on each product page are the contract. Projectors in this class perform best in dark or dim rooms. Short-throw is not ultra-short-throw.

Orders and payment. Prices are in USD. Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments. You can pay in full or use Shop Pay Installments if you are eligible.

Shipping. Free US shipping on every projector and kit on this site. We email tracking when the order ships. Standard US delivery is typically 5–12 business days from ship date.

Returns. 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. If a unit arrives damaged or will not power on, email hello@cinehausprojectors.com first. We will troubleshoot and send a replacement. Do not ship a dead unit back until we say so.
