30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

If a unit arrives damaged or will not power on (dead on arrival), email hello@cinehausprojectors.com first. We will troubleshoot and send a replacement. Do not ship a dead unit back until we say so.

If something is not working the way you expected, contact us first — most projector issues are setup (throw distance, ambient light, or source).
