30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
If a unit arrives damaged or will not power on (DOA), contact us first. We will troubleshoot and send a replacement. Do not ship a dead unit back until we say so.
If something is not working the way you expected, contact us first — most projector issues are setup (throw distance, ambient light, or source) and we can usually sort it without a return.
Opened kits may be subject to restocking if pieces are missing. Defective units are replaced or refunded.
